Reservation Request Form

You are encouraged to use the following online form in order to request a reservation for a campsite at Eastern Slope Camping Area. Please complete this entire form prior to pressing the "Submit" button. Items marked with an asterisk (*) indicate required fields. Please understand that this is strictly a Reservation Request Form. You do not have an actual reservation until it has been confirmed, and a reservation cannot be confirmed until your deposit has been received. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. If you need to confirm your reservation immediately or would like to make a reservation for an arrival within less than 48 hours, please call us during normal business hours.

We only check our e-mail once every 24 hours, so you should expect our e-mail reply within 48 hours of the submission of your reservation request. If space is not available for the date(s) requested, we will convey our regrets. If space is available, we will send you a tentative confirmation, with a reference number and a link to a secure site where you will be asked to enter your credit card information to cover the necessary reservation deposit. For this reason, it is necessary for you to include a valid e-mail address with all reservation requests, and it will be your responsibility to check your e-mail in a timely manner. If you fail to submit your credit card information within 48 hours of the time when your tentative confirmation has been sent, your initial reservation request shall be considered null and void.

If you prefer to do things the old-fashioned way, we are still very happy to do what we've been doing for 40 years - accepting telephone reservations at (603) 447-5092, during normal business hours. Either way, we look forward to your visit!

We have additional parking space beside our main office - free of charge.
Well behaved dogs are allowed in September, October and November (after 9/4/07 to close).
Dogs must be leashed at all times and never left unattended in vehicles.
A release waiver will be required to be signed upon arrival.

Roadside gate is locked nightly between 11:00PM and 7:00AM. Check out time is by 11:00AM.

By submitting this reservation request, you hereby acknowledge and accept the following regulations:
Conway Fire Department: All fires must be fully extinguished with water no later than 11:30PM. Flames must not be above knee height. Fire Pits and Fire Rings MUST NOT be moved.
Town of Conway: No firearms, slingshots, or air guns permitted on the campground. Dogs must be leashed at all times. WARNING: The Town of Conway has a $2,000 fine for fires left unattended. Make sure that your fire is fully extinguished BEFORE you go to bed and can not relight during the night.
New Hampshire State Laws: The use of all fireworks, including sparklers, is prohibited on the campground. Moving or tampering with designated firepits is prohibited.
Eastern Slope Camping Area: Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00PM and 7:00AM. Parents are always to be responsible for the behavior and safety of their children, each of whom should be back on their own site by 10:00PM quiet time. All alcohol must remain at the campsite. No lifeguards are on duty at any time and therefore swimming and all beach and water use are totally at your own risk. No swimming or beach use is permitted after dusk. Only one RV per site. Out of season when leashed dogs are permitted, they must be picked up after, and never left unattended at site or in any vehicle.
ATV owners: There are no trails in this area, the closest being 40 miles away in Berlin, NH (approx 45 mins. drive.)
No motorized scooters are permitted.
Motorcycles: May not be ridden around campground recreationally, but only from entrance to site. No engines allowed after 10:00PM quiet time - coasting allowed.
