Camping
We recommend these ideal sites for tent camping:

Clean Up Weekend / May 9-11: Stay for free in exchange
for a few hours raking of campsites. (Please BYO rake.) Sorry, no dogs.
Open to children and adults of all ages. Please inquire as limited
services will be available.
Memorial Day Special Offers: When a 3 night Memorial
Day Weekend campsite is booked, you may wish to add one or more of the
following add-on special offers:
• Thursday May 22nd and/or Monday May 26th for just $10.00 per night
(basic site fee based on 2 adults & up to 3 children aged 0-13 years).
• You may also like to book the following weekend of May 30th to June
1st for 1/2 price.
• If you are staying on a SEWER site, you may arrange with the office to
bring a small dog of 25 lbs. or less with you for just $2.00 per night
(rabies certificate required). Please check with the office for all
restrictions.
Themed Weekends / July 11-13 - Christmas In July / August 15-17
- Luau Weekend: During these special weekends, you are invited
to decorate, dress up, adorn, and show off. There will be activities and
“best of” competitions with prizes. With the Christmas Tree Shops now
open in North Conway, everything you should need is right here!
Special Offers for GoodSam & AARP Card Holders: Do you
have a Good Sam or AARP card? You do! Then please let us know when you
make your booking to stay with us in off-peak times. From Monday, May
26, 2008 thru Monday June 30, 2008, and again from Monday, September 1,
2008 thru Tuesday, September 30, 2008, we will be delighted to offer you
a 10% discount on your campsite. (May not be combined with other
offers. Not applicable to cozy cabins or any rentals.)
Seasonal Sites: Level gravel sites with water /
electric / sewer / cable TV / wi-fi, plus picnic table, fire ring,
metered electricity, and parking for 1 car. Situated near the pool. 30 amp: $1,650.00 / 50 amp: $1,995.00. Small dogs (under 25
lbs.) by arrangement. A limited number of sites in the main campground
are also available for the season from $1,650.00 to $1,995.00, but dogs
are not permitted here until after Labor Day weekend (September). Please
call for information pack.
Group Reservations
All group reservations and
multiple site bookings
are
handled solely by the owner (Daniel Boatwright).
Please leave details with a member of the reservation staff.
Deposits
2 or 3 night bookings:

Checks
are acceptable for payment and are subject to a $25.00 return fee if
declined by the clearing banks. Credit cards accepted are Visa,
MasterCard and Discover.
Heated Swimming Pool
Our pool is open from
mid-June to mid-September from 9:00AM to
8:00PM daily (weather permitting). This children friendly pool is 3.5
ft. to 4.5 ft. deep. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied in
the pool area by an
adult of 18 years or over at all times. Young children must wear appropriate swim diapers
(available in the store).
No diving, no running, no alcohol permitted.
Dogs
Well behaved dogs are
permitted after labor day weekend (September 1st) until the end of the
season. Valid proof of rabies certificate is always necessary to be
shown upon arrival, and dog owners will be required to sign a Release
Waiver. Fee: $2.00 per pet, per night.
Camp
Store
This fun filled store is
open daily from July 4th thru September 1st. 9:00AM to 9:00PM. We do
also open our store to campers over the Memorial Day weekend for 3 days
as a courtesy, just in case there’s something you forgot!
Refunds
7
days notice is required for a full site refund.
No refund
will be given with less than 7 days notice.
No refunds are given for early departures.
Separate refund policy applies to cozy cabins and rentals.
Day
Guests
A $5.00 fee for an adult or
teenager per day is a very standard policy for private campgrounds, and
we do levy this charge. Please pay upon your arrival. We ask that you
arrive in one car and do not bring any pets. We do reserve the right to
restrict or refuse any guests. The hours are 9:00AM to departure no
later than 9:00PM daily. We do not permit any guests or visiting family
during the Labor Day weekend (August 29th to Monday Sept 1st). Sorry, no
exceptions.
Check-In Time: 1:00PM to
9:45PM only.
No arrival or set up is permitted after 9:45PM.
Check-Out Time: By 11:00AM
